Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to return your puppy within 10 days if any herriditory problems or any illiness proven it came from seller being confirmed by a certified Vet

The deadline for returning a puppy is 10-20 days max from the date you received the puppy or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the puppy delivered.

In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement and a confirmation from your vet

Conditions for returns:

In order for the puppy to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The puppy was purchased in the last 20 days

• The puppy is in the same health condition when delivered

• The Puppy must have been checked by your Vet..

• Any herriditory related effects.

• Illness that might have incurred during delivery with Vet fees above $100

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any puppy that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunds of Payment

We will reimburse you no later than 72 hours from the day on which we receive the returned puppy, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the puppy to us. and a puppy of equal value of your money will be refunded back to you

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order
